saw a weird looking stop light in Redding, CA.

As we entered Redding, California we started seeing these weird looking stop lights all over town.

2 Redlights ????

Does this mean I am supposed to stop twice as fast, or for twice as long or what? Sue and I have never seen a stop light with 2 red lights before.

Is this weird? Maybe the town got a 2 for 1 special when they purchased stop lights.

What is your opinion?

    Maybe if you don't see one of them, you'll see the other??
