continuing our journey west - Mountain Home, Idaho

As we leave West Yellowstone we traveled through a small part of Montana and on through Idaho. We were surprised how much of Idaho was high plains and desert with lots of sage brush for miles and miles. We stopped at Mountain Home RV Park in Mountain Home Idaho for 2 nights.

We saw some beautiful sunrises at this RV park.

There was an air show scheduled for the weekend at the neighboring Mountain Home Air Force base that I would have liked to stay the weekend but we decided to keep heading west.

Sue loved the rose garden at the entrance to this RV park. It was quite beautiful but it looked like it needed some pruning which sue wanted to do. The scent from the flowers smelled very good too.
