traveling west ward to River Rim RV Park in Redmond, Oregon

We continued our trek west and ended up just north of Redmond Oregon at a campground called River Rim RV Park for the weekend. It too is a Passport America campground where we get 50% our first 2 nights of stay.

This is the view from our campsite. there is farm land at the top of this cliff and occasionally you can see cows grazing at the top.

This cliff edge is about 150 feet from our campsite so no walking in your sleep is definitely called for.

Along the River Rim. 

We had asked when we checked in if there were any close churches that they could recommend. The campground owner recommended this non-denominational church called Ranch Chapel Church about a mile south of the campground. It was a nice Sunday morning and since our 5th wheel trailer was still attached to our truck we decide to walk to this church. Very nice church service and everyone was very friendly. They even had communion after the sermon message.
