visited Yellowstone National Park - Part 2 - Wyoming

Since there is to much of Yellowstone to see in just one day we took a day off to recuperate before heading back to see more geysers and geologic events. We stayed at Grissly Bear RV Park in West Yellowstone which is out the west gate and actually in Montana.

Then we we went back into Yellowstone to explore the south road on the south side of the park.

There are board walks trails to take to see many of the geysers and hot springs. The board walks are for your safty and they protect the delicate geologic features. 

Below is one of the hot mud geysers. 

This south road to takes you Old Faithful Geyser that every visitor must see. It erupts approximatly every 90 minutes +/- 10 minutes. This is picture below is before it erupts vending a lot of steam.
